After sales service
At Stanex, we make sure that our after sales service meets the highest industry standards and respects established warranties. All of our customers enjoy a part and labour warranty of at least one year.
24/7 service
You can rely on Stanex; our specialized, trained and qualified staff is on duty 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year to provide you with a quality service at all times. You need technical support after hours? A simple call to our customer contact center is all it takes.
Start-up
Once the electrical contractor you elected or Stanex has completed the installation, our technicians will perform a verification of the installation and Start-up the system. Start-ups can be performed at any time to suit the customer's needs; all we require is a ten workday notice. However, in case of emergency, our service department will do everything it can to accommodate your needs.
