Any system sold by Stanex is guaranteed for a period of one year, parts & labour, from the time of installation. A certificate of guarantee listing all the services included during the one year warranty period is mailed to the customer.

After the warranty period has expired, several types of service contracts are available:
1- Preventative maintenance.
2- On-site without parts.
3- On-site with parts.
4- Discounts are available for multiple-year or multiple-system contracts at a single site.
